Sinead and Jimmy had a beautiful military wedding, with the groom being a member of the Irish Defence Forces. They got married in the stunning Sligo Cathedral, followed by creatives in and around Sligo Abbey. I always recommend leaving the distance between your creatives location and reception as short as you can.  The less time you spend travelling between locations, the more time you get with your guests which is everyone’s top priority on their wedding day!

The reception was at The Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa Sligo which is about a 15 minute drive. We’re very fortunate to have Benbulben dominate our skyline in Sligo. It can be seen in the background of the Radisson. We decided while we were there to take advantage of this and carry out another series of creative shots for the couple while we hit the golden hour of sunlight.

As always The Radisson had an amazing reception planned for the couple from arrival right up to the first dance. Thank you so much to Sinead and Jimmy for letting me be your wedding photographer!
