Radisson Blu Sligo Wedding | Maria Boland & Eugene Keaveney
Maria and Eugene’s wedding day was a beautiful celebration that brought together calm moments, heartfelt emotion, and some of the most iconic scenery the northwest of Ireland has to offer. Their day flowed naturally from a peaceful morning in Manorhamilton, to a meaningful church ceremony, and finished with an evening of celebration at the Radisson Blu Hotel Sligo.
The day began in the most charming of settings, at home in a beautifully converted old schoolhouse nestled in the hills of Manorhamilton. The quiet calm of the morning set the tone for a relaxed and joyful day, filled with anticipation and those gentle moments that happen before everything officially begins.
Maria looked absolutely stunning in her elegant Pearls & Lace wedding dress, a timeless choice that suited her perfectly. She was joined by her bridesmaids, who brought a wonderful pop of colour to the morning in striking fuchsia pink dresses, adding warmth and vibrancy to the preparations.

Wedding Ceremony in Manorhamilton

The ceremony took place in the beautiful St Clare’s Church in Manorhamilton, where Maria and Eugene exchanged vows surrounded by their family and friends. It was a heartfelt and emotional ceremony, made all the more special by the intimate setting and the closeness of everyone gathered.
These moments inside the church were filled with quiet emotion, meaningful glances, and genuine connection, the kind of moments that naturally tell the story of a wedding day.

Wedding Photos at Glencar and Benbulben

After the ceremony, we made a short stop at Glencar for photographs, with the breathtaking backdrop of Benbulben providing a truly iconic Sligo landscape. It was the perfect opportunity to capture some relaxed portraits, allowing Maria and Eugene to take a moment together before continuing on to the celebrations.
The scenery around Glencar and Benbulben offers something truly special for wedding photography, combining dramatic landscapes with a sense of calm that reflects the pace of the day.
