Radisson Wedding - Cliona and Gary
November can be a great time for wedding photography due to the winter sunlight. November in the west can be a risk with weather but luckily Cliona and Gary had a beautiful winters day for their wedding. I captured shots both at the grooms house followed by bridal shots in the Radisson bridal suites. We travelled to Ballysadare for the church ceremony, where Cliona and Gary became Mr and Mrs Kenny surrounded by family and friends. For the creative shots we went to Rosses Point, and took some casual shots with the bridal party around the Yacht Club.
I like to keep the day as relaxing as possible for my couples so there’s very little posing and direction from me. I like to capture things as they unfold, and get the best natural shots possible. I always love to capture weddings at the Radisson due to its close proximity to Rosses Point beach. When the couple are only a stones throw away from their hotel while capturing the creative shots it allows them to maximise time with their guests at their drinks reception.
The day goes by so quick so I always recommend people spend as little time travelling between locations as they can. I captured the speeches up until the couple’s first dance. It really was a beautiful wedding with such a lovely couple. Thanks you so much Cliona and Gary for allowing me to capture your day and Congratulations!
