Castle Dargan, Sligo : Meg and Matt

Meg and Matt like many other couple’s of 2020, have had to reschedule their wedding more than once due to the pandemic. It was such a joy to finally capture their day. They chose to have their wedding at Castle Dargan Estate, located just a short ten-minute drive from Sligo town. 

Castle Dargan Estate is a restored 18th century building, surrounded by acres of parkland in a stunning country setting. Its opulent interior and landscaped gardens and golf course, make it a very easy backdrop to work with.

Meg and Matt had a lovely intimate civil ceremony within the castle surrounded by family and friends. The creatives were taken around the golf course with the bridal party both on foot and in golf buggies!

For the rest of the evening I captured their reception which included some great food, speeches, drinks and dancing into the early hours. It was a day brimming with joy and happiness for the newly married couple from start to finish.
